The amount of everything that is mixed in together should be illegal. The recommended dose is just 5 sprays. However, if you do not read that and just keep spraying, you will end up in the hospital and feel flushed, shaking, you won't be able to sleep for a few days, and you'll throw up. You'll think that you're about to die and there's nothing you can do about it. But it comes with a white cap, and also a black cap. Sounds weird, but the stuff with the black cap is much better tasting, and seems to work better than the stuff with the white cap. I always make sure to get the one with the black cap. Also, I don't have the packages here handy right now, but there is also a difference in the listed ingredients. It looks like my Walmart has stopped carrying either one, so now I'm looking online, and all I see are the white caps. I have no idea how they managed to create the same effect, but the highs are semi similar. It only lasts for about 15 minutes, but it will keep you more alert for around 1/2hr per dose? I tried those energy shots. Pure B.S. and wast of money! For awhile I thought Wal-Mart banned this stuff, but I just found it yesterday. Must be 18 and over. I completely agree. I work the graveyard shift and I have found Kickers 80 hour energy spray very helpful to stay awake and alert. I do not use 5 sprays at once. I use 1 spray or half a spray under the tongue and I find it tastes fine in these smaller amounts and does not cause excessive salivation. I then use another spray every 20 minutes or half hour until I reach 5 or until I'm cruising, whichever comes first. Often three sprays does it for me in combination with a cup of green tea. Moderation seems to be the key. This works great for me and I'm able to take fewer vitamin tablets now, thus saving money.
