Tiger Energy Snuff

Thanks to Mr. Snuff, I was able to finally ingest caffeine without opening my mouth.
The Germans have managed to perfect caffeinated snuff - a little non-tobacco caffeine powder you sniff up your nose. Not being accustomed to putting things up there, you could imagine I was a little scared - getting flashbacks to 70s and 80s movies involving white polyester jumpsuits or shirts with too-wide collars.

Knowing this was for science, I poured a little out of the very easy to use container. I piled it between the webbing between my thumb and finger. It came out a little clumpy, like it was a little wet. I looked at the little white crumbles and wondered if I should just find a $100 bill and a mirror to do this right...

I took a big sniff, and up it went, I did not even feel the burn or badness in any way!
I have inhaled Kool Aide (purely on accident - I promise), and the experience was not pleasant.I was expecting the same burning watery-eyed sting, but none came. Instead, I had a nice mintiness in my nostrils and in the back of my throat. It was GOOD! more than good - it was absolutely fantastic! I ran to the wife, who was VERY hesitant, but ended up in love as well. The next day at work, those who were brave enough to give it a try were back 3 hours after asking for another hit! Truthfully, I started thinking I needed some Curtis Mayfield playing in my cube as I was doling out lines of caffeine powder.

As for the energy rush - I was very surprised. Mr. Snuff does not know how much caffeine is in here, as it contains an undisclosed amount of guarana - but I can verify it is a very nice peppy dose. While it is not crazy, it is enough that you fan feel the definite rush for a good couple hours - and it leaves as soon as it comes on without crashing.

If you need something to get you immediately buzzing , this is without a doubt the stuff to go to. Sure, it makes you almost feel saddened when it immediately leaves the bloodstream, but while it lasts, the buzz is very lovely. While I am not saying that caffeine is a gateway drug, I do see how this can become a really-easy-to-use-a-whole-lot-of substance. If only there was a way to figure out how much of a dose is a right dose.

While I love the container it comes in (a while otherworldly exotic package, what with the tiger and German website) There is absolutely no way to tell how much is a correct amount. And while a small clump seemed like the right amount, who is to say that the massive chunk my friend shoved up his nose seemed waaay to much. I wish there was a way to tell how much caffeine I was taking.

While I LOVE this stuf.. snuff with a passion, I would definitely insist this was for grownups who now what the hell they are doing.
