Going after the highly prized energy market, Glaceau enters the foray with a permutation of their wildly popular and tasty vitamin waters, filling it up with caffeine and calling it an energy drink. This stuff still has electrolytes like their other vitamin line does - so it can give you that gatorade rush at the end of a workout. While I really like the packaging, and appreciate the humor in the packaging, the only thing I might ask for is a lower calorie version of the drink - so I could drink more than a couple a day without feeling like I ate a big empty lunch :P Mind you, we are only talking about 200 calories a can, but after downing 2 of those there really is not a whole lot of nutrition you are consuming. They do pack
ina ton of B and C vitamins, but it is not like most people in the US are lacking, seeing as B comes from many meat sources.
Packaging: 8
16 oz can - in a battery(ish) design. Very clean and neat-unique n' pretty.
Also full of very very witty sayings hat make you read the whole can. And there
is a ton of funny verbiage all over it. My favorite line - not recommended for
people sensitive to caffeine, regnant or children. Recommended for people who have children, those trying to get pregnant or people in search of natural energy
Buzz: 7 Health: 8
good on the caff content - about 300 in each can. WELL DONE on listing the Kind and amount of caffeine on the label. Also lists the amount of taurine on the can (2000) and does not hide under much of a proprietary blend of anything. Lists all ingredients plainly - and sweetened with crystaline fructose. And Ok, I am a bit suckered in by the label and the hype that this is Good For You.
Taste: 7
pretty tasty - like a gatorade only more caffeinated. So far, just tried the dragon fruit, which I hear is better than the flavors in other reviews. still very heavy, so not a drink I would have with stuff.

your review is wrong.
vitamin energy has 150mg caffeine per can. it's not "per serving" but "per can".
